RULES OF THE "NIGHT AFTER" PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. 1. The organizer of the promotional campaign called "Nocny Afterek" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action")
      is EPP Retail – Outlet Park sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Konstruktorska 12A,
      02-673 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register
      under the KRS number 0000618233, NIP: 5252540342, REGON: 146362767 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

1. 1. The action takes place on May 7, 2026, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. 15:00 22:00 in
      Outlet Park Szczecin.

1. 1. The campaign is of a promotional and marketing nature.

1. 1. The promotion does not constitute a game of chance, a promotional lottery or a mutual bet.
      within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling.

1. 1. The regulations are available on the website https://outletpark.eu
      and in the area Outlet Park Szczecin.

§2. PARTICIPANTS

1. 1. Any adult natural person who has
      full legal capacity.

1. 1. Employees of the Organizer and entities cannot take part in the Campaign.
      cooperating in the organisation of the Action or members of their immediate families.

§3. RULES OF THE ACTION

1. 1. The participant makes purchases in selected stores in the area Outlet Park Szczecin.

1. 1. To receive a gift card, you must make a minimum purchase.
      worth PLN 700 in one or more stores participating in the Campaign.

1. 1. The value of purchases does not include:

• • tobacco products,

• • alcohol,

• • electronic cigarettes and e-cigarettes,

• • services (food court, hairdresser, cleaning, repair, etc.),

• • gift cards.

1. 1. The gift card is issued on the basis of a receipt or invoice.
      confirming the purchase.
   2. The number of gift cards issued is limited and depends on the availability of the prepared prize pool.
   3. The order in which applications that meet the conditions of the Campaign are received determines the awarding of a gift card.

§4. PRIZES

1. 1. The prize in the Campaign is a gift card Outlet Park Szczecin worth 100 PLN
      awarded for purchases worth a minimum of PLN 700.
   2. Prizes are awarded until the prize pool prepared by the Organizer is exhausted.
   3. Each participant may receive a maximum of one prize.
   4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

§5. COLLECTION OF PRIZES

1. 1. Gift cards are issued only on the day of the Campaign at the point in Outlet Park Szczecin.
   2. The condition for receiving a gift card is:
      a) presenting a fiscal receipt or invoice confirming purchases of at least PLN 700,
   3. Failure to collect the gift card on the day of the Campaign will result in the loss of the right to the prize.
   4. Complaints regarding the Campaign may be submitted in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by e-mail to the following address: [email protected].
   5. The complaint should include the name and surname of the participant, the receipt/invoice number and a description of the objections.
   6. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.

§7. PERSONAL DATA

1. 1. The administrator of participants’ personal data is EPP Retail – Outlet Park Ltd.
   2. Personal data may be processed only for the purpose of implementing the Campaign and handling any complaints.
   3. Providing data is voluntary, but may be necessary to redeem the prize.
   4. Participants have the rights arising from the provisions of the GDPR, in particular the right to access data, rectify it, delete it and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. 1. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
   2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons, without infringing the acquired rights of participants.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
